NeuroMosaic Supports, LLC is a disability-led organization committed to creating more responsive, inclusive, and sustainable systems of support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Grounded in neurodiversity, the social model of disability, and person-centered practice, NeuroMosaic Supports recognizes disabled people as experts in their own lives. We believe meaningful support begins with listening, honoring each person’s identity, communication, preferences, strengths, autonomy, and individual definition of a meaningful life.
Our approach shifts the focus away from changing disabled people to fit existing systems. Instead, we ask how environments, organizations, and systems can change to reduce barriers, embrace human differences, and better support the people within them.
We also recognize that quality support depends on strong and sustainable relationships. Supporting Direct Support Professionals to feel prepared, respected, valued, and heard is essential to strengthening workforce sustainability and promoting greater stability and continuity of support for disabled people.

NeuroMosaic Supports exists to provide and promote disability-led, neuroaffirming, person-centered supports that honor autonomy, individual identity, communication, and self-determination. We are committed to creating environments that adapt to the needs of disabled people while supporting a prepared, respected, and sustainable direct support workforce.
Our Vision
We envision a future in which disabled people are recognized as experts in their own lives and have access to consistent, meaningful supports that promote autonomy, belonging, opportunity, and personally defined quality of life.
Our vision is a disability service system that moves beyond asking individuals to adapt to existing structures and instead creates environments, organizations, and communities that are responsive to human differences. By strengthening both the experiences of disabled people and the sustainability of those who provide direct support, we aim to contribute to systems where people and relationships, not compliance alone, are at the center of support.
The Meaning Behind Our LogoThe NeuroMosaic Supports logo was intentionally designed to reflect the values at the heart of our organization. Each element represents a part of our commitment to neurodiversity, autonomy, inclusion, and meaningful support.
The Brain and Rainbow Infinity Symbol represent neurological diversity and the limitless variation in how people experience, understand, communicate with, and engage with the world. Together, they reflect NeuroMosaic Support’s commitment to neuroaffirming practices and our belief that neurological differences are a natural part of human diversity, not deficits to be changed.
The Individual at the Center represents autonomy, self-determination, and the belief that disabled people should remain at the center of decisions about their own lives. The figure is not being changed or directed, it is surrounded by support while retaining its own identity and agency.
The Supporting Hands represent the role of families, Direct Support Professionals, providers, communities, and systems. Support should create opportunities, remove barriers, and help people pursue what matters to them without taking control away from the individual.
Together, these elements represent the philosophy behind NeuroMosaic Supports: supporting the person while changing the environment around them, not changing the person to fit the environment.
