Personal Supports

NeuroMosaic Supports is developing person-centered Personal Supports for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services will focus on supporting each person’s independence, autonomy, community participation, and individual goals while honoring their preferences, strengths, communication, and right to make choices about their own life.
Supports may include assistance with daily living, developing and maintaining skills, accessing the community, building meaningful relationships, pursuing personal interests, and participating in activities that matter to the individual.
NeuroMosaic Supports is currently working toward approval to provide Personal Supports through the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). Services are not yet available.
Consultation & Educational Services

NeuroMosaic Supports will offer disability-led consultation and education to organizations seeking to strengthen their understanding of autism and improve the supports they provide to autistic adults.
Consultation topics may include autism and neurodiversity education, neuroaffirming practices, the social versus medical models of disability, person-centered approaches, and strategies for creating more inclusive and responsive services.
NeuroMosaic Supports will also work with provider organizations to examine workplace practices that affect Direct Support Professional (DSP) wellbeing, retention, and sustainability, recognizing that a supported and valued direct support workforce is essential to relationship-building, stability, and continuity of care for the people they serve.
